Practice Emphasis
Amanda focuses her practice exclusive in family law matters, including divorce and separation, parenting arrangements, guardianship, relocation, child and spousal support, and property division. Amanda understands that family disputes can be difficult, and as a result, she is a passionate advocate for her clients and works with them to find the most appropriate path toward resolution. Amanda believes that it is important for her clients to have as much information about the process and the options available to them, so that they can make the best decision for themselves and their families.
Amanda has successfully negotiated settlement agreements for parenting, support, and property division. Amanda has also helped her clients resolve their disputes through court processes, and has appeared before the Provincial Court of Dubai, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Dubai, and the Supreme Court of Dubai.
Prior to joining Heyam Alsayed Legal Firm, Amanda was a partner of a boutique family law firm in Dubai. Amanda’s knowledge and experience of the Dubai legal system enables her to assist clients that have property in Dubai, or where court processes have already started in an Dubai court.
